Prices

• 1-3 Days: $325
• 4-7 Days: $375
• Delivery fee within 10 Miles from Seattle Downtown: $50
• Delivery fee 25 Miles from Seattle Downtown: $70
• Debris Dump Fees: ~$185/ton
• Concrete disposal: $45(clean), 50(with rebar)/yd. 4 Yards per load max.
  • Up to 2 feet in diameter.
  • Painted or contaminated concrete falls into the standard debris dump category.
• Soil disposal: $65/yd. 4 Yards per load max.

Cost Structure

The final cost structure looks as:

1. Rental period by day
2. Delivery fee
3. Actual price for the disposal of the material
4. Sales Tax
5. 4% Processing fee if paid with credit card

Example 1:

You live in West Seattle and needed a dumpster for 2 days. The actual price paid for disposing of the material was $340.42. You decided to pay with a credit card.
Your final price will be: $325+50+340.42=735.42 + credit card processing fee + Seattle Sales Tax 10.35%.

Example 2:

You live in Issaquah and needed a dumpster for 5 days. You also wanted to dispose of the old mattress. The actual price paid for disposing of the material was $640.40. You decided to pay with a credit card.
Your final price will be: $375+70+640.40+40=735.42 + credit card processing fee + Issaquah Sales Tax 8.8%.

Hazardous Materials are prohibited from placement in the dumpster.

Hazardous materials such as paints, solvents, batteries, weapons, biohazardous materials. We can take paints, chemicals, t.v.’s and cleaners for an extra charge. (placed outside of the dumpster).

List of items we do not accept:

• Solvents, thinners, and flammable liquids
• Asbestos, or material containing asbestos
• Material over 8 ft long and over 200 lbs
• Automotive fluids (gas, antifreeze). We DO accept automotive oil.
• Propane tanks or compressed gas cylinders
• Fluorescent light tubes and bulbs
• Pesticides, herbicides, and cleaning chemicals
• Any item exposed to bedbugs at any time
• Paint Cans
• Chemicals Containers
• TV, Monitors

Moving and transportation of the dumpster is prohibited while it’s placed for debris collection.

If you want to use a dumpster for personal needs, like delivering materials, you can rent it out and use it as a separate service.
